Alisha Banks
Believer, Wife, Mother, Practitioner and Biblical Wellness Coach. From post-pill amenorrhea to mold anxiety, the Holy Spirit met me in my fear and reminded me: we are from dust—made by God, with eternity in mind. Now we serve women with the care we once needed: Integrative Health and Biblical Discernment.

Our Care Pathways meet you where you at: preconception through postpartum. The goal is steady progress, balanced hormones, better energy and mood, healthy digestion and thyroid function, and a peaceful motherhood—without disconnecting from your faith, exhausting your finances or living in cycles of overwhelm.
SYMPTOM-SPECIFIC CARE
GENTLE ROOT CAUSE SUPORT
For women with chronic concerns, customized support containers are created. We focus on strengthening foundations and adding advanced therapies when needed. Testing is optional and will be recommended on a case-by-case basis.
